I am Dying. DYING over this Wallpaper.
Thursday, April 21, 2011 at 7:00AM Pups in Cups. Are you kidding me??

As you may or may not know, I am kind of obsessed with my dog (Hi Derby!). When I saw this wallpaper from Binny Illustration on design*sponge the other day, I had to take a closer look. Pups. In cups! I particularly love doggy ears & these auricles flapping in the wind make me giddy.
I could totally live in the bedroom above, but I can guarantee that would never fly (ha) with my husband. It's entirely possible that this will end up in our house someday, even if it's in the form of our non-existent baby's room.

You can order this paper, and lots of other great designs, from photowall.
Interesting tidbit: I hated HATED dogs when I was little. So horribly afraid. We got a dog when I was 6 or 7. Neither my sister nor I would go outside if it was out there. One day, my mom forced us to go out and play and when she looked out the window a few minutes later to see Amy & I standing on top of the swinging seesaw and double cradle thing on our swing-set. Needless to say, we didn't have a dog for long :/
Amy still hates them; I've embraced the fur face.
Happy Thursday! Is it spring yet?!

This wallpaper is so cute. I love it!
J didn't grow-up with a dog and both his parent's are really pet people, especially dogs, so I can kind of relate. He wan't afraid of them, but very apprehensive when it came to my family's dogs, at first. I still don't think he quite understands why people love to have them as pets so much, he could take them or leave them, but the more time he spends around our Westies I can see him warming up to the idea and he did say we could get a dog :)
pups in cups?! How adorable! I'm not usually one for wallpaper, but it would be so cute in a nursery. I miss Derby Girl - so lovely to see a pic of her! Am excited about my design consultation next weekend in the suburbs!!!
I know! Pups in mother-loving cups!!
Ali - I would say that I wasn't comfortable around dogs until I was well into my mid 20's! Now I cannot imagine life without them...funny how things like that from your childhood can form into your adult opinions as well :) We didn't grow up around them at all, so along with the fear I was also indifferent.
